What file formats and resolutions are accepted for uploads?

We accept JPG, HEIC and PNG files. For the best quality, we recommend a resolution of at least 300dpi. Our website will notify you if the resolution is too low for quality printing.

How can I ensure my photo prints in the best quality?

Use high-resolution images and avoid resizing or cropping them excessively. Your image must be at least 1200 px by 1200px. If you're unsure about the quality, our team can assist you in making the best choice for your print.

Can you tell me more about the quality and materials of your frames?

Our frames are crafted from solid wood, handmade and hand-finished by professional framers. We take pride in the durability and quality of our frames, ensuring each piece is a beautiful addition to your home or workspace.

Can I use images from social media for printing?

Yes, but keep in mind social media images are often compressed and lower in resolution. For larger prints, using original, high-resolution images is recommended.

How can I clean and maintain my printed products?

Dust your prints with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or water.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Our pieces are custom built to order and will ship within 3-5 Business Days.  We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect upon arrival?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or error. We'll prioritize resolving the issue, whether that means a replacement or another solution.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders go into production quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we offer exchanges rather than returns. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we'll work with you to exchange your item for something that better meets your needs. In special cases, we may offer returns for store credit.
